Job Description:

This role involves leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient web applications using .NET and Blazor, with a focus on delivering high-quality products.

The position requires strong communication skills to guide our development team in building and enhancing the Web Accounting product, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in building the Web Accounting modules, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of web applications using .NET and Blazor, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Develop robust front-end and back-end components using .NET and Blazor, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in designing architecture for scalable, maintainable, and secure applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps to ensure smooth integration and deployment, leveraging agile methodologies.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex development and operational issues, providing efficient solutions and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming.
  • 7+ years of experience as a full stack developer, with expertise in C#, .NET Core, Blazor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server, with a focus on database design and optimization.
  • Knowledge of integrating applications with legacy systems, with a strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment, with excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a team.
