Job Title: Content Strategist

A dynamic and adaptable content strategist is required to develop compelling, data-driven copy that supports our lead generation and patient acquisition goals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively across departments to deliver high-impact content that drives results.

About the Role

This full-time, remote position requires a creative and analytical individual who can:

  • Develop, test, and refine ad copy for various paid campaigns (social media, search, retargeting) to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
  • Audit and optimize existing web and landing page copy to minimize messaging friction and enhance user engagement.
  • Craft engaging email campaigns for onboarding, follow-ups, re-engagement, and promotions to effectively guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with the content and SEO teams to ensure copy is keyword-informed and balances SEO with readability.
  • Create and maintain case studies, proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral to assist the sales team in closing deals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-impact copy that drives results and be able to utilize analytics and performance metrics to inform and enhance content strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in content strategy, preferably within the healthcare, local services, or lead-generation industries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Hotjar, Google Ads, email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and CRM-integrated messaging.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Behavior Analytics Tools: Experience with behavior analytics tools like Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity to review user behavior and adjust content accordingly.
  • Local SEO & GMB Optimization: Knowledge of local SEO practices and Google My Business optimization.
  • Storytelling & Brand Development: Experience in crafting narrative frameworks or personas that strengthen brand identity.
