About the Role

This position is responsible for designing, installing, and supporting company and customer networks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review network traffic, usage, and capacity to assess future network requirements.
  • Configure and support network monitoring software.
  • Create and implement network policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of telecommunications plant equipment, operations, and maintenance.
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CCNA certification required or must be obtained within 6 months.
