Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished math educator to deliver personalized instruction via our virtual learning platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Teach mathematics to students in grades 3-12 using interactive and engaging methods.
  2. Customize lessons to meet individual student needs and bridge knowledge gaps effectively.
  3. Utilize proprietary worksheets and online resources to enhance the learning experience.
  4. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
  5. Create a supportive virtual learning environment that fosters mastery of mathematical concepts.
  6. Familiarize yourself with our teaching method and adapt your style accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably online.
  • Proficiency in teaching topics from basic arithmetic and geometry to algebra, trigonometry, and calculus.
  • Strong understanding of the educational needs of grades 3-12 students.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to make math enjoyable.
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools such as Edpuzzle, Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.

Additional Requirement:

Candidates must submit a 6-minute video demonstrating their teaching style on a basic math topic via Edpuzzle.
