Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to generate leads and identify new business opportunities. This role involves acquiring business through various channels, including LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour. Prior experience in bidding on Upwork is essential, with a strong grip on the platform.

The Key Responsibilities
1. Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities
2. Acquiring business through various channels
3. Writing proposals and customizing each one based on the nature of the project
4. Project price estimation, quoting, proposal creation, client communication, and closure
5. Gathering client requirements, communicating them to the team, and delivering projects to clients
6. Maintaining a high rating on all platforms
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients
8. Qualifying leads and setting appointments with key decision-makers

Job Requirements
1. 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
3. A fluent British English accent is necessary
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Highly motivated and results-driven individual
7. Knowledge of CRM systems and automation marketing tools is compulsory
8. Proven ability to work on freelancing platforms is necessary
