We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Reporting Team Lead to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing regulatory adherence, data-driven reporting, and audit processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Adherence:
  1. Ensure that all compliance policies and procedures are up-to-date and implemented effectively.
  2. Monitor regulatory changes and updates, and communicate these changes to the team.
  3. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
Data-Driven Reporting:
  1. Design and implement reporting systems to provide accurate and timely data to stakeholders.
  2. Develop and maintain dashboards and presentations to present data insights.
  3. Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for business improvement.
Audit Management:
  1. Spearhead internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with documentation standards.
  2. Manage and mentor a team of compliance analysts/reporting specialists.
  3. Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Three years of experience in compliance, auditing, or financial reporting, with experience in a managerial role.
  • Proven leadership ability - adept at coaching teams and driving accountability.
  • MS Excel and data visualization skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
