We are seeking a highly skilled technical support professional to join our team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to customers with a focus on those based in the United States.

You will leverage your deep understanding of our product and service portfolio to offer enterprise-level support, including simplifying complex technical details and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers via multiple channels
  • Use targeted questions to quickly understand customer issues and collaborate with relevant team members to resolve them
  • Contribute to product improvement by collecting customer feedback and identifying patterns or essential information from customer interactions
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues simultaneously, including proper recording, tracking, and resolution
  • Follow up with customers to inform them of bug fixes and feature releases
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for various modes of communication
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to quickly grasp a highly technical product to provide support to users
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Education: BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or any relevant field
