Backend Developer

A software developer with expertise in designing scalable and maintainable object-oriented software systems is sought to join our distributed team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working effectively with a team of developers to launch products, utilizing traditional web technologies and languages such as Python and PHP.

Key responsibilities include documenting technical requirements for each development project, exploring new technologies and storage schemas to meet project needs, architecting classes for scalability and maintainability, and shipping high-quality products with fast implementation.

This role requires an individual who can jump in independently on new projects and communicate clearly with the team.

Required skills and qualifications:

  1. Experience designing object-oriented software at scale
  2. Experience working effectively with a team of developers to launch products
  3. Experience using traditional web technologies
  4. Minimum 3 years work experience
  5. Experience processing millions of records of data
  6. Experience administering Linux/CentOS servers
