Key Responsibilities

  • Upload product images and ensure they meet platform standards and guidelines.
  • Analyze listing performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Conduct keyword research to boost product visibility.
  • Collaborate with the inventory and fulfillment teams to guarantee product availability.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle product reviews and feedback.
  • Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Listing Specialist or similar role in e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
