Job Summary
">The Regional Admissions Officer is a key member of our team responsible for providing solutions to clients by analysing the profile of the student and guiding them through corrective steps. The officer is also a regional subject matter expert, responsible for providing pre and post application processes to their clients.
">About this role
">We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in international education to join our team as a Regional Admissions Officer. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of handling international student application cases from start to completion and possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
">Responsibilities
">The Regional Admissions Officer will be responsible for:
">- Analysing student profiles and providing guidance through corrective steps;
- Providing pre and post application processes to clients;
- Working closely with other teams in Admissions and the wider business to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Strong experience and knowledge of international education systems and visa processing;
- Proven experience within an international education related role, preferably within an International Admissions environment;
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret and follow prescribed processes;
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines;
- Flexibility and adaptability to change;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A growth and continuous improvement-mindset – open to feedback and acquiring knowledge.
