  3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure mutual success and satisfaction.
  4. Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of excellence.
  6. Sales Performance Tracking: Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports to evaluate success and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications include minimum 15 years of experience in sales, specifically in the fuel industry, and a comprehensive understanding of the fuel market landscape. The ideal candidate will also possess strong leadership skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and analytical orientation.
