- Main Responsibilities:

- Create and curate engaging content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and employee satisfaction.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform communication decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate communication efforts and achieve seamless execution.
- Manage and execute external communications, including press releases, media outreach, and event planning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in strategic communication, marketing, or public relations, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
- Expertise in content creation, social media management, and community engagement.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and messages.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
