We are seeking a talented 3D Designer to create high-end real estate visualizations.
Job Requirements- Create photorealistic 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs of residential/commercial properties.
- Work closely with architects, developers, and interior designers to ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, lighting, and textures.
- Enhance visuals with realistic elements (furniture, landscaping, lighting effects, etc.).
- Optimize 3D assets for presentations, VR tours, and marketing collateral.
- Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining project timelines.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior work with real estate developers, architectural firms, or luxury brands.
- Knowledge of BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) is advantageous.
- Work on high-profile, international real estate projects.
- Collaborative environment with creative freedom.
