We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architect to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a chance to work on a diverse range of projects, grow your technical skills, and play a vital role in shaping the built environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of U.S. building codes and industry standards, as well as experience in cost estimation and project management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Develop accurate 3D models and visualizations with software such as Lumion, V-Ray, and Twinmotion.
  • Manage small to mid-scale architectural projects from design through completion.
  • Ensure all drawings conform to project requirements and U.S. building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders, incorporating feedback into design iterations.
  • Conduct internal reviews and quality checks of drawings and documentation.
  • Deliver work on schedule and within project budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of (10) ten years' experience as Architect in both pre- and post-construction phases.
  • Demonstrated experience in cost estimation and project management
  • Proficient in Revit BIM, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray, Twinmotion)
  • Solid understanding of U.S. building codes and industry standards
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong communication and problem-solving skills
