As a key member of our IT team, we are seeking an experienced System Engineer to join us in supporting the planning, design, and implementation of new projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. We require a highly motivated individual to participate actively in deployments at customer sites, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring existing systems, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective measures to maintain structural integrity.
  3. This role involves overseeing the development and installation of new hardware and software, as well as configuring operating systems and other software applications.
  4. Routine testing of installed software is essential to ensure glitch-free performance.
  5. A strong focus on security systems and redundant backups is necessary to safeguard critical data.
Key Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

  • Excellent knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft-based products, including VMWARE and ESXi.
  • Familiarity with monitoring systems and ITSM tools is essential.
  • A proven track record in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting VM, ESXi, and banking applications is required.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of progressive experience in a similar role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
  • Technical certifications such as MS, SolarWinds, ME are highly desirable.
Competencies:
  1. Strong organizational skills and high motivation are essential.
  2. Basic knowledge of networking principles is necessary.
  3. An excellent customer orientation and strong communication skills are required.
  4. Expertise in Microsoft products, VMWARE, ESXi, SolarWinds, ME, and SQL is essential.
