Job Title: Creative Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Creative Leader to set the visual tone across all brand touchpoints. This individual will be responsible for generating ideas, designing key visuals, and overseeing consistency across channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the full creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality design work and maintaining brand cohesion.
  • Develop compelling social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets that bring campaigns to life.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to design intuitive and visually appealing web and UI elements.
  • Evolve and maintain the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all materials.
  • Provide design feedback, mentorship, and quality control for other designers, freelancers, or agencies involved.
  • Partner with marketing and content teams to craft compelling visual narratives for campaigns and product launches.
  • Lead the design and production of print materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, posters) to support offline marketing initiatives.
  • Introduce and lead the integration of AI-driven design tools within the creative process, enhancing productivity and innovation while ensuring seamless collaboration within the team.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1-2 years in a creative leadership or senior design role.
  • A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing both creative direction and execution across digital and print.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar UI design tools.
  • A solid understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience working across web, social, and marketing collateral.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable switching between high-level thinking and detailed execution.
