Reconciliation Specialist Position

We are looking for a skilled professional to perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and other tasks assigned by the manager.

This role will involve interaction and exposure to working with various Home Appliances & Electronics manufacturing companies.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Accurate Accounting Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for all assigned accounts.
  2. Timely Reporting: Provide timely and accurate accounting reporting to management and stakeholders.
  3. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounting records.
  4. External Stakeholders: Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement changes to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  6. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements

Education and Certification: Relevant degree in a field such as Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering, and certifications such as CA Inter.

Experience and Skills: Proven experience in reconciliation operations, excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
