Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Quality Assurance Department.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, monitoring activities related to quality and customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Monitor and improve quality control processes
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure adherence to ISO and system management standards
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Chemistry or a related field (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
  • An MBA or equivalent experience in management
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and customer service
  • Knowledge of offset and flexographic printing is an added advantage
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in software applications
