About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to take on a leadership role in our social media marketing team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility.
  • Create engaging, creative, and visually appealing content (posts, videos, graphics, stories, etc.) tailored for each platform to attract and engage the target audience.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to meet specific marketing objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and sales conversions.
  • Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and foster community interaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement rates, impressions, reach, conversions, etc.) to assess performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or company.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation: Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or video editing software (iMovie, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Paid Advertising: Proficiency in managing paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimizing budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to generate creative ideas for campaigns, contests, and interactive posts that resonate with the audience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of brand voice and tone.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, especially in content creation, copywriting, and proofreading.
  • Knowledge of SEO and how social media plays a role in driving traffic and improving search rankings.
  • Experience in running A/B tests to optimize social media content performance.
