Sales Leader Position

This is a unique opportunity to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering results in competitive markets.

The Sales Leader will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies that achieve company objectives and expand our customer base globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement sales plans that meet company targets and expand our customer base in local and international markets.
  2. Discover and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales for various products.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  5. Use Excel to manage and analyze sales data, forecast sales, and prepare reports.
  6. Keep the customer database up-to-date to ensure accurate and comprehensive information.
  7. Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  9. Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
  10. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for the organization.
  11. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the organization and its products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Leader or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the general trading industry is a plus.
