We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to take on a key role in promoting our properties and enhancing our brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase property visibility and sales, leveraging market research and analysis to inform decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, driving business growth and revenue.
  3. Organize and participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events to engage with potential buyers and showcase properties.
  4. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders, fostering trust and credibility.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, providing a solid foundation in marketing principles and practices.
  2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry, demonstrating expertise and skills in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  4. Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
