Job Title: Data Information Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the Department of Paediatrics & Child Health.

About the Position

The Outreach and Research Programme of the Department has ten community-based field sites across Pakistan, focusing on research for betterment of women and child health. The Department has a Nutritional Research Laboratory as well as an Infectious Disease Research Laboratory that cater to the needs of its research projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review medical records of patients and apply the information for the study of the project.
  • Contact the parents and explain the purpose of the study over the phone.
  • Arrange and coordinate clinic appointments.
  • Provide any other logistic support that may be needed for the project.
Requirements
  • Matric and above.
  • One year experience in a hospital/research facility where the person has done public interaction.
  • Ability to give oral instructions/information to patients and parents in colloquial English and/or Urdu.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrating professional integrity.
  • Mature, reliable and responsible.
  • Able to understand and follow instructions.
  • Ability to speak and understand job-related English and Urdu.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
