We are seeking a talented Solution Expert to join our Product Support Team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. They will also be responsible for creating and updating knowledge bases, documenting best practices, and sharing expertise with colleagues.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide top-notch customer support via multiple channels, including emails, chats, calls, and remote assistance tools.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and escalate them to Level 2 support when necessary.
  3. Collaborate closely with Partners, Relationship Management, IT, Development, and Operations teams to drive business outcomes.
  4. Review, manage, and update the knowledge base regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  4. Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  6. Proficiency in computer systems and technologies.
  7. Strong proficiency in MS Office, Jira, JSM, Confluence, and Postman.
  8. Understanding of Scrum and change management principles.
  9. Adherence to organizational processes, procedures, and policies.
