The role requires a proactive professional to analyze financial data and develop forecasts that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key drivers of performance, facilitate collaboration, and contribute to informed business decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial results against budget/forecast, providing actionable insights
  • Design and deliver comprehensive monthly reporting packages for senior leadership, featuring P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
  • Enhance existing financial models to support scenario planning and business case development
  • Collaborate with accounting during month-end close processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Excel with ability to create detailed reports and dashboards
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate data analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with SAP & Hyperion Essbase
