Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Daycare Manager. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive environment for children and staff, and for developing and implementing programs that promote child development.
Key Accountabilities:- Child Care and Development: Develop and implement activities that meet the needs of children of diverse age groups.
- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor's (Hons) degree from a HEC-recognised University.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
