We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to join our team at GHL Success Path.

As a Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing prompts for our AI-driven cold calling and inbound call management systems.

You will work closely with our AI development team to refine prompt strategies and improve overall system performance.

In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing prompt effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.

They will also have proven experience in prompt engineering or a related field, with a strong track record of developing and optimizing effective prompts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and test prompts for AI-driven cold calling and inbound call management systems.

  2. Collaborate with the AI development team to refine prompt strategies and improve overall system performance.

  3. Continuously monitor and analyze prompt effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

  4. Client Discovery & Communication:

    • Conduct discovery meetings with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and pain points.

    • Translate client requirements into clear, actionable prompts and AI strategies.

    • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and adapt solutions as their needs evolve.

  5. Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use our AI tools.

  6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align AI strategies with overall business objectives.

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and prompt engineering, applying new techniques to enhance our offerings.

    • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in prompt engineering or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to conduct effective client meetings.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.

  • Experience in cold calling, customer service, or sales is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
