Oracle Database Professional

We are seeking a skilled Oracle database professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for working with databases and software development.

  • Solid knowledge of database SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Application Schema, including tables, views, indexes, functions, packages, and APIs in the Oracle 11g/12c database environment.
  • Strong skills in PL/SQL and SQL using SQL Developer, TOAD, and other tools.
  • Ability to analyze user requirements and convert them into design documents.
  • Proficiency in designing, developing, and testing software to meet user needs.
  • Experience with documenting application processes for future maintenance and upgrades.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to test software and fix problems.
  • Proven ability to maintain systems once they're up and running.
  • Skills in integrating software components and producing efficient and maintainable code.
  • Expertise in creating complex databases for organizations.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Personalization and Forms.
  • In-depth experience with Financials, Customer Service, or Supply Chain modules, with a desire to work with Contracts, CRM, and other Oracle modules.
  • Interest in APEX development or willingness to learn APEX.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Forms & Reports 11G.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and test Oracle-based software applications.
  • Ensure high-quality software products through thorough testing and debugging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software solutions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle database administration and development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle 11g/12c database features and functionality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
