Digital Campaign Strategist

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of performance-driven advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Create, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Zalo Ads, and other relevant channels
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and develop compelling ad content
- Analyze campaign performance data and implement A/B testing to recommend continuous improvements
- Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and event monitoring through Google Tag Manager
- Generate actionable reports using Looker Studio / Data Studio to inform business decisions
- Collaborate closely with the team to align on campaign strategy and performance goals
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and at least one additional platform
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with TikTok Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Keyword Planner
- Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset
- Google Ads certification is a strong advantage
- Proactive, self-managed, and reliable in a distributed team environment
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
