Senior Project Coordinator

- A senior project coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initiation to closure.

  1. Supporting the project director in forming and managing project teams
  2. Coordinating with stakeholders to identify and engage necessary resources
  3. Assisting in developing and maintaining project plans aligned with Work Breakdown Structures
  4. Communicating project plans to relevant stakeholders
  5. Collaborating with vendors to establish contracting arrangements
  6. Providing input on delivery models to ensure project objectives are met
  7. Facilitating regular team meetings to track project progress
  8. Assisting in preparing business requirements specifications
  9. Supporting change management processes associated with the project
  10. Contributing to the preparation of solution briefs
  11. Assisting in developing and executing implementation plans
  12. Tracking projects against schedule, cost, and estimate to complete
  13. Supporting engagement with internal and external suppliers of development resources
  14. Coordinating build activities to ensure successful project outcomes
  15. Ensuring testing is complete and issues or defects are addressed
  16. Supporting project/operational readiness reviews
  17. Aiding in achieving delivery dates while maintaining quality standards
  18. Supporting deployment of technical, process, organizational, and support elements of solutions
  19. Assisting in evaluating project and team activities for continuous improvement
