Senior Financial Operations Leader

  • The ideal candidate will oversee the accounts payable department, ensuring seamless financial management and compliance with established policies.

  • In this position, you will be responsible for managing financial obligations, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving strategic decision-making processes.
  • One of your primary objectives will be to streamline tax-related processes, working closely with AM taxation to ensure precise tax withholding and clearing of tax GLs in software applications.
  • Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in tracking financial expenditures, maintaining databases, and generating reports as required by supervisors.
  • You will be accountable for overseeing payment transactions, monitoring status updates on internal and external transactions, and standardizing procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Your excellent communication skills will enable you to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, providing prompt and accurate responses to queries.
  • Additionally, you will focus on minimizing payable aging by improving systems, enforcing compliance with policies, and SOPs.
  • To achieve these goals, you will work collaboratively to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and drive results-driven initiatives.
