This HR Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of HR functions, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on process execution, attention to detail, employee experience, and continuous improvement in HR systems.

Responsibilities:
  1. Onboarding Process Management
    Managing pre-onboarding processes, creating and updating employee records, and accurately filing digital and physical documentation.
  2. Probation Management
    Oversight of probation completion processes, timely form creation, feedback collection, and approvals. Conducting probation meetings and sharing feedback.
  3. Employee Engagement and Relations
    Addressing employee concerns, queries, and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Organizing engagement initiatives such as birthdays, annual events, and employee gift packages.
  4. Policy Development and Compliance
    Ensuring policies are up-to-date and effectively communicated across teams. Collaborating with leadership to update policy manuals and ensure company-wide adoption.
  5. Payroll and Benefits Administration
    Maintaining accurate payroll processing through HR update sheets and coordinating with finance. Overseeing employee benefits including claims, queries, and coordination with finance.
  6. Exit Management
    Overseeing resignation approvals, clearance processes, and exit formalities. Conducting exit interviews and processing final documentation.
