The Territory Sales Officer is responsible for managing real estate agencies' portfolios within assigned areas. Their primary goal is to build strong relationships with clients through regular visits, demonstrations, and securing impactful deals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • · Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • · Identify opportunities to revive lost clients, minimize churn, and explore new business opportunities.
  • · Efficiently manage tasks, track key performance indicators (KPIs) within the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • · Provide excellent customer service, handle client queries/issues, take ownership, and follow up for immediate resolution to build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Required Skills and Experience:
  • · Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • · Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • · Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales.
  • · Must have a laptop, mobile device, and internet access.
