Supply Chain Excellence Lead

The role of Supply Chain Excellence Lead is a critical one, responsible for driving the implementation of our global supply strategy across all sites. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help embed industry-leading tools, routines, and standards into daily operations to eliminate losses, improve efficiency, and build a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of global supply chain blueprints across all sites.
  • Conduct training sessions and hands-on coaching for front-line teams on supply chain tools.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops to reduce targeted losses and optimize work processes.
  • Assist in tracking operational KPIs, identifying gaps, and suggesting actions to improve performance and cost efficiency.
  • Lead small-scale productivity and waste reduction projects under the guidance of senior management.
  • Maintain initiative trackers, status reports, and documentation for performance improvement projects.
  • Support governance routines by preparing data, dashboards, and progress updates for site leadership reviews.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or lean operations.
  • Familiarity with lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, and OEE.
  • Hands-on experience in leading at least 1-2 improvement projects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
