Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Role Overview

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' computer systems. This includes installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Windows client operating systems as well as supporting software.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and manage Microsoft Windows client operating systems along with supporting software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide top-notch user support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Apply the latest techniques to accelerate laptop and desktop deployments, completing assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
  • Install and configure both network and local printers to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Maintain and manage IT inventory to ensure accurate tracking and minimal losses.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Windows client operating systems.
  • Excellent user support skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong understanding of the latest techniques for accelerating laptop and desktop deployments.
  • Ability to install and configure both network and local printers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach to work.
