Real Estate Manager - Telecom Sector

  • Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team and manage our telecom sector operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize site costs and ensure legal and commercial compliance
    • Manage relationships with government agencies and private landlords
    • Ensure timely lease renewals and contract extensions to avoid site interruptions
    • Conduct feasibility assessments, site surveys, and commercial negotiations for new site acquisitions
    • Maintain accurate records of all leases, contracts, payments, and regulatory communications using SharePoint
    • Use Power BI dashboards to track lease expiries, payments, approvals, and new site status

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in real estate management, Business Administration, Law, or related field; 3-5 years of experience in telecom real estate management, site acquisition, or infrastructure leasing; proficiency in Office 365 tools: SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps; strong understanding of lease management systems, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
