Fintech AI Engineer

- Deployment: Work closely with data engineers and product teams to deploy models into production environments.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor model performance, handle data drift, and retrain models as needed.
- Research and Innovation: Apply state-of-the-art AI/ML research to drive innovative financial solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with the necessary tools and technologies is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid skills in data wrangling using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation metrics.
- Experience working with financial datasets and solving domain-specific challenges.
- Familiarity with model deployment frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
