Job Description

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to assume the role of Corporate Security Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing security operations across various sites, ensuring compliance with Group Security Standards, and maintaining robust security practices throughout the market.

The successful applicant will have prior corporate security experience, excellent interpersonal and management skills, and the ability to mentor and motivate others in an inclusive manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting site security assessments and producing reports with recommendations for changes to security provisions.
  • Introducing and maintaining security best practices throughout the market.
  • Spreading personal security awareness in the market through training programs.
  • Selection, appointment, training, and guidance of part-time Security Champions.
  • Ensuring that security contingency plans are in place.

Additional responsibilities include notifying key stakeholders of any security developments that may impact travel directives and managing all aspects of security for foreign delegations in Pakistan.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior corporate security experience with public or private sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and proven management skills.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and handle problems.
  • Good understanding of national regulations, policies, and directions.
  • Familiarity with food business operations including manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, sales, finance, legal, safety, and security.
