Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to provide expert guidance on Odoo implementation, client management, and user training.

  1. Gather client requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
  2. Provide seamless support for Odoo rollouts and ensure smooth adoption.
  3. Train end-users on Odoo modules and features, enhancing their proficiency.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing functional support.
  5. Collaborate with technical teams to customize and optimize Odoo workflows, improving efficiency.
  6. Troubleshoot functional issues and offer best practices for optimal results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Odoo functional consulting.
  2. Strong understanding of Odoo apps and features (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  3. Proven experience in client management and user training.
  4. Able to analyze business requirements and develop tailored Odoo-based solutions.
  5. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Odoo certification is a significant advantage.
  2. Experience in customizing Odoo workflows to meet specific business needs.
  3. Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies, ensuring successful project outcomes.
