Design User Experience Specialist

This role involves creating digital experiences that are intuitive, inclusive and user-friendly.

The Design User Experience Specialist will be working in an agile and collaborative setup with teams such as CX, Product, Marketing, BI, and Digital to create digital experiences. This role reports directly to the Manager - CX Design & Usability and is supported by a strong team of three passionate members. The Design User Experience Specialist will be responsible for conducting user interviews for app design, field visits, surveys, journey mapping, usability testing, and expert reviews to ensure our products are intuitive, inclusive, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user interfaces for apps, websites, and internal systems.
  • Analyze user data, conduct usability studies, and turn insights into actionable UI/UX improvements.
  • Conduct expert reviews and heuristic evaluations.
  • Map user journeys and identify user pain points.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using industry-standard tools.
  • Plan and execute usability sessions.
  • Prepare and present design recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to enhance user experience.

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Design User Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in design, computer science or related field and at least 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design and user research. They should have strong skills in tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, Sketch and AI tools.
