The ideal candidate for this Senior React Developer role will possess a strong passion for writing clean, maintainable code and mentoring junior developers. This leadership position involves guiding the development of high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications using React and modern frontend technologies.

• Develop and maintain advanced React applications with reusable components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize web applications for maximum performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Stay up-to-date with React ecosystem trends and emerging frontend technologies.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Deep understanding of React hooks, lifecycle methods, and functional components.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows and agile development practices.
