As an experienced SQA Engineer - Automation, specializing in Selenium with hands-on Python expertise, you will be instrumental in developing scripts, writing test cases, and applying industry best practices, such as proper assertions and SOLID principles. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to automate testing processes and implement cutting-edge quality assurance techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ Years in automation tools and frameworks, responsible for driving QA best practices and enhancing testing methodologies.
  • Perform hands-on automation testing across various layers, including UI, API, and backend services, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure efficient, scalable, and robust testing processes.
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, enhancing the speed and reliability of testing cycles.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define automation strategies.
  • Operate within an Agile environment, ensuring QA processes align with sprint goals and delivery timelines.
  • Mentor and coach junior QA engineers on automation practices, tools, and frameworks.
  • Contribute to performance testing and ensure automation supports a broader strategy covering functional, performance, and security aspects.
