This role involves coordinating efforts across different sectors to ensure effective delivery of GBV Case Management services. The GBV Caseworker will be responsible for coordinating closely with the Casework Supervisor and seeking support when required.

Job Summary:

  • Coordinate the delivery of GBV Case Management services, ensuring that they are survivor-centred and meet the needs of each client.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders and other humanitarian partners to ensure smooth referrals and coordination.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of GBV Case Management services, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a system for tracking and monitoring GBV Case Management services.
  • Conduct regular training and capacity-building activities for GBV Caseworkers and other staff members.
  • Represent program goals and GBV standards at local and national levels.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a related field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Relevant experience helping women required; Relevant academic experience such as social work preferred.
  • Pashtu Language is mandatory for this position.
