Packing Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Packing Manager to supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to study production orders, and understand packaging requirements.

• Inspect products prior to packaging and return rejected products to production departments.
• Observe packaging operations and inspect containers to verify conformance to specifications.
• Train workers in operation of equipment.
• Requisition containers and other supplies for delivery to work stations.

Supervise the production, quality, and warehousing of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Ability to read and analyze production orders.
• Knowledge of packaging requirements and regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
