Business Development Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Business Development Representative. The primary responsibility will be to identify and manage company risks that may hinder growth, as well as to develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients, lead sourcing to generate new business leads, and communicating with existing and new clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members to identify and manage company risks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients.
  • Lead sourcing to generate new business leads.
  • Appointment generation for Sales Managers and Business Development team.
  • Communicating with existing and new clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.

The successful candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, target-driven results focus, strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and exceptional negotiation skills and convincing power.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Sales experience within a service sales industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and convincing power.
