Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing large volumes of data to extract meaningful insights and develop AI models that drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models, algorithms, and predictive analytics to solve business challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business questions, identify data needs, and determine the best analytical approaches.
  • Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work with data engineers and software engineers to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and scalability of data pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
  • Document processes, models, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SQL; experience in NoSQL is a plus.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, and deep learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, and causal inference methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years in data science, analytics, or a related field, with experience in related libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
