Learning Experience Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging training content to support our business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include creating training content, developing voice over scripts, printing out and filling training manuals, and collaborating with the Training and Development Team. You will also conduct training needs analysis using surveys, interviews, and focus groups to assess performance gaps and prepare the monthly learning calendar based on inputs from business unit heads.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be required to prepare employee training data and attendance data, review and design training programs manuals and library management, and maintain and update training programs manuals as per laid standards. If you have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant major such as HRM or Marketing
Minimum 1-3 years of experience preferably in consultancy, education, or corporate environments
Skill-based experience of working in the relevant field
This role is located at Green Forts II in Lahore.
