Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Nawan Labs (pvt) Limited. As a key member of our laboratory staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  3. Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of quality-related tasks.
  5. Provide training and support to laboratory staff on quality-related topics.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices in quality assurance and control.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry or biology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in a laboratory setting.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, such as GMP and GLP.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
