AP Clerk

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including processing payments and reconciling vendor statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and payment records.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
