Are you a motivated sales professional seeking a challenging role where you can leverage your skills to drive business growth? As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key part in identifying and managing company risks, leading sourcing initiatives, and building strong relationships with clients.
Your primary focus will be on cold calling, making multiple calls to potential clients, closing sales, and working with clients through the closing process. You will also collaborate with sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow accounts, meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who is results-driven, has excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales. If you have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business.
- Identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
- Lead sourcing initiatives to generate new business leads.
- Appointment generation for Sales Managers and Business Development team.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up calls.
- Closing sales and working with clients through the closing process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Sales experience within a service sales industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Target-driven; must be focused on results.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
