Social Media Specialist for E-Commerce

We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team and take our e-commerce brand's social media presence to the next level.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.

You will create compelling content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. You will also manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages.

In addition, you will monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply knowledge to continually optimize social media strategies. You will collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

You will analyze social media performance using relevant metrics and insights to improve strategies and drive results.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry. They will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be creative with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.

They will be proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

They will be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. They will have a passion for e-commerce and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies.
